Guarding Division

Our experienced teams are extensively trained in man management and industrial relation skills and are employed for their investigative capabilities. The main functions of the supervisors are to ensure that the guardu2019s equipment documentation and presentation are in order and are carrying out their duties according to the Job Description. A detailed inspection of the premises is carried out and all irregularities are noted for managementu2019s attention and immediate follow-up. As training does not end in the classroom, supervisors carry out reinforcement lectures on a daily basis to ensure our high standards are maintained. Site inspections are at random and under normal circumstances sites would be visited twice per 12 hour period.

Big Moto Security Services will provide you with fully-trained and professional security officers who are monitored and evaluated by Key Account Managers who are in constant contact with you our client. Guards are also monitored directly by Site Supervisors who do daily visits and onsite training. All of these actions are supported by an advanced technical infrastructure and response units.
